Jennifer Jahn
Three decades into her tenure with JMG Financial Group, Jennifer still has plenty to learn.
It’s not that she doesn’t know her stuff. All the employees know Jennifer as the consummate problem-solver, tackling everything from managing investment administration to reconciling accounts to training new staff. But JMG offers ongoing opportunities to expand her horizons.
“I still learn something new every day,” she says. “There is a culture here of encouraging growth, sharing knowledge, and helping everyone be better at what they do.”
Jennifer’s journey at JMG is a testament to that culture. She started as a receptionist, but her talents, interests, and determination soon led her to assume more varied and expansive responsibilities. JMG encouraged and supported her every step of the way.

It’s not just the universal open-door (and open-seat) policy that Kevin appreciates as he continues to develop his skills and broaden his experience. After working at other firms where he felt stalled in his career development, he found JMG’s emphasis on professional growth to be a revelation.
